Ashit is the founder and Managing Partner of A-Squared Capital and brings 20+ years of experience that spans technology, starting and growing companies, operating in regulated verticals and doing business globally. Prior to founding A-Squared, Ashit co-founded Acumen Security with Tony. At Acumen, he was responsible for strategy, international expansion, partnerships, business development and industry engagement. Acumen was successfully acquired by Intertek, a global testing, inspection, and certification company.

Prior to Acumen, Ashit led the US Federal cyber security certification teams at Cisco Systems, Inc. He was responsible for enabling and protecting $2 billion in annual revenue. His expertise includes defining growth strategies, business development, international expansion and SMB M&A process. In his free time, Ashit enjoys skiing, watching Cricket and Formula 1 racing. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and sons.

Tony Busciglio is the founder and Managing Partner of A-Squared Capital. Prior to founding A-Squared, he co-founded Acumen Security with Ashit. While with Acumen Security, he was responsible for the company's global operations, overseeing execution across the United States, Canada, and India. Acumen was successfully acquired by Intertek, a global testing, inspection, and certification company. This experience has given him valuable insights into the process of building and selling a business at global scale.

Prior to Acumen, Tony was a technical leader of the Cisco Systems' federal certification team where he led development of effective and cost efficient technical solutions across Cisco's portfolio of products. Tony's expertise includes global operations, process efficiency, and consensus building amongst disparate groups. He lives outside of Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and children and is an avid Baltimore Orioles fan.
