Companies with double digit net operating margins ensuring quality and sustainability of business.

Companies that have been in business for at least five years and have proven their ability to generate profits.

Small to midsized companies with EBITDA between $750,000 and $2,000,000.
We invest in searchers that meet the following criteria:

We are industry agnostic with a bent towards “boring businesses”.

The minimum check size that A-Squared Capital will consider investing is $25,000.
03
We invest in US searchers with a preference towards locations expanding demographically.
04
We only invest in searchers that are raising their money via the SBA 7a program.
